Refunds will be possible until 01 May 2024 minus an administration fee:
- Until 05 March 2024: 35 EUR fee.
- Between 06 March to 30 April 2024: 70 EUR fee.
No refund will be possible after 01 May 2024.

Visa requirements and refunds
It is the responsibility of delegates to make their own travel and, where necessary, visa arrangements. Letter of Invitations will only be issued following confirmation of registration and receipt of payment.
